In the protein structure below, the coiled ribbon represents an alpha helix, and the flat arrows represent beta sheets.

 

 

Do the following to manipulate the molecules.

Click and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to rotate a molecule.

Shift + click and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to zoom in or out.

Click the right mouse button to see the menu.

To view the structures, you need the Chime plug-in. If you do not already have it, click on the image below.
